Scattered — anything but.

About Scattered

Scattered · ScatteredAB.com

Scattered is a personal command center that brings the parts of your life that usually live in five different apps — tasks, calendar, notes, projects, spending, journals, and reminders — together in one calm, private workspace. Instead of bouncing between tabs and to-do lists, you see everything that matters for your day on a single dashboard you can rearrange around the way you actually work.

Scattered is built for people whose lives don’t fit neatly into one category — students, creators, professionals, and anyone juggling work, side projects, and personal life at the same time. Spaces let you separate and color-code life areas like Work, Home, and Podcast, while a shared calendar, task list, and journal keep the whole picture in view without forcing everything into one rigid system. A built-in journal supports both typed entries and handwriting, and light spending and budgeting tools help you stay on top of recurring charges without leaving the app.

Scattered is designed and built by James Rios, a Maryland-based business professional and creator with deep roots in Northern Virginia. A graduate of George Mason University’s School of Business, James brings more than a decade of experience in financial services — spanning leadership, team development, operations, and customer experience — to the way Scattered is organized. Alongside his professional career, he develops independent projects spanning digital media, podcasting, technology, artificial intelligence, and creative production, including Scattered and the podcast Let’s Keep This Constructive.

Scattered is built privacy-first. Your data is yours, private by default, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time. To learn more, visit the founder profile or get in touch.
